Product Information
Classic Surfacelink Roof Anchor

Classic surface mounted roof anchor is multi directional, attaching to the top of the profile on the roof sheeting for superior waterproofing.

Classic plate comes in two different grades of material, either marine grade aluminium which is a light weight design, or 316 stainless steel plate.

SafetyLink Eyebolt is forged from 316 Stainless Steel with powerful energy absorbing qualities. The SafetyLink eyebolt was developed and tested extensively to maximize energy absorption while retaining its strength when arresting a fall. Its tapered design enables it to bend like a fishing pole to reduce the load back on the structure and the person attached to the anchor.

The first SurfaceLink must be in a position easily and safely reached by a secured ladder or a manhole access point. Access to underside of roof is not required.

Live Load on Anchors:
The Surface Mounted Anchor is best suited to roof pitches up to 30 degrees. For over 30 degrees Surface Mounted Anchors should be used in conjunction with other access methods to ensure no live loading. Note: These anchors are not abseil anchors and therefore if they are subjected to a live load this may trigger the energy absorbing regions.
