SafetyLink’s FastFit Braceless Davit is a patent-pending temporary davit system designed to provide access for raising and lowering workers from elevated areas, including rooftops. The system provides a flexible solution for suspended access and fall protection, allowing workers to access areas beyond parapet walls and balustrades.

With a maximum height of 2.8 metres and a reach of up to 2.2 metres, the FastFit Davit provides adjustable access across a range of rooftop and elevated work applications.

Flexible Temporary Davit System

The FastFit Braceless Davit is designed as a temporary anchor system, allowing one user to be suspended from the shuttle while a second user can connect to either of the secondary attachment points on the mast or base.

The shuttle traverses back and forth along the boom, providing greater positioning flexibility and adjustment when accessing areas beyond parapets and balustrades.

The davit system breaks down into two easily transportable components, making it practical to transport, install and reposition where required.

Fall Protection & Suspended Access

The FastFit Braceless Davit is rated for one user with a maximum weight of 150kg suspended from the shuttle, with a second user connected to either of the secondary attachment points.

The system provides a temporary anchorage solution for applications requiring worker access, suspended access and fall protection.

Material Handling

The FastFit Davit can also be used for material handling of up to 500kg, subject to the applicable boom configuration and requirements outlined in the installation handbook.

A davit configured for material lifting must not be used to support a worker. Refer to the installation handbook for maximum allowable loads and application requirements.
