Eligibility
The SafetyLink 2026 Photo Competition is open to individuals who install and distribute SafetyLink fall protection equipment and systems.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.Employees of SafetyLink Pty Ltd, its related companies, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements
Entrants must submit a minimum of three (3) high-resolution photographs.
Each submitted photograph must feature a genuine SafetyLink fall protection system that has been installed on a project.
Entrants must have taken the photographs themselves or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit them.Images must be submitted in a high-resolution digital format suitable for reproduction.
Entries containing images that are misleading, digitally manipulated in a way that materially changes the installation, or that do not feature a SafetyLink system may be deemed ineligible.
AI can only be used in a way to enhance lighting. AI used in any other capacity may also deem your submission ineligible.
Originality and Permissions
By entering the competition, the entrant confirms that they have the right to submit the images and that the images do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
Where individuals, private property, identifiable businesses or other third-party material appear in an image, the entrant is responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the image to be submitted and used.
Judging
Entries will be judged by representatives of SafetyLink Pty Ltd.
Entries will be assessed based on factors including:
Image quality
Creativity and composition
Presentation of the the SafetyLink installation
Overall visual impact
The ability of the image to tell a story or showcase the installation and its environment.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process.
Prizes
Multiple prizes will be awarded to selected entrants.
Prize details will be communicated as part of the competition announcement and/or entry process.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated.
SafetyLink reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Use of Submitted Images
By submitting an entry, entrants grant SafetyLink Pty Ltd permission to reproduce, display and use the submitted images for marketing, advertising, social media, website, catalogue, promotional and other communication purposes. This permission applies to submitted images whether or not the entrant is selected as a prize winner.
SafetyLink may crop, resize or make reasonable adjustments to submitted images for use across different marketing channels, while maintaining the integrity of the original image.
Where reasonably practicable, SafetyLink may credit the photographer or installer when using submitted images.
Disqualification
SafetyLink reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant where it reasonably believes the entry:
Does not meet the competition requirements or standards.
Contains false or misleading information.
Breaches these terms and conditions.
Infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
Has been submitted in a manner that is unfair or intended to manipulate the competition.
Competition Period
Entries must be submitted by closing the date specified in the official competition announcement or entry form.
Entries received after the closing date may not be considered.
General
SafetyLink reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
